🌑 Deep Meditation Ritual with Black Tourmaline

1️⃣ Prepare Your Space

• Sit comfortably in a quiet, dimly lit room.

• Hold the Black Tourmaline in your left hand (receiving hand), or place it near your root chakra (base of spine).

• Light incense or play soft OM / Tibetan bowl music if possible.

2️⃣ Ground Yourself

• Take 7 slow deep breaths (inhale through nose, exhale through mouth).

• Imagine roots growing from your spine into the Earth.

3️⃣ Set an Intention

Repeat silently in your mind:

“I am grounded. I am safe. I am protected from all negativity.”

4️⃣ Visualise the Crystal Energy

• Close your eyes.

• Imagine black protective light flowing from the Tourmaline into your body.

• See it forming a shield around your aura.

• Feel its energy pulling all stress, fears, negative emotions down into the Earth.

5️⃣ Focus on Root Chakra

• Bring awareness to the area at the base of your spine.

• Chant the Root Chakra sound “LAM” silently or aloud with each exhale.

• Feel your body becoming heavier, calmer and stronger with each chant.

6️⃣ Stay in Silence (10–15 min)

• Observe your breath & sensations.

• If thoughts arise, gently let them go and return your focus to breath and crystal energy.

7️⃣ Closing

• Visualise the black light sealing your aura.

• Say “Thank you Black Tourmaline for your protection & grounding.”

• Slowly open your eyes.
