Citrine Meditation – For Abundance, Positivity & Personal Power

🟡 What You Need:

• A Citrine crystal (tumbled, raw, or bracelet)

• A quiet place (morning sunlight is a plus!)

• Optional: light yellow or gold candle

✨ Step-by-Step Meditation

1️⃣ Hold or Wear the Citrine

• Sit comfortably and hold Citrine in your right hand (giving hand),
  or

• Place it over your Solar Plexus Chakra (just above your navel).

2️⃣ Breathe in the Light

• Close your eyes.

• Inhale deeply, imagine you're breathing in golden sunlight.

• Exhale stress, fear, and doubts.

Do this for 1–2 minutes to center yourself.

3️⃣ Affirm Your Intention

Silently or out loud say:

“I welcome abundance. I am confident, joyful, and full of light.”
“With every breath, I grow stronger, brighter, and more successful.”

Feel the vibration of Citrine syncing with your intention.

4️⃣ Visualize Your Solar Power

• Imagine a bright golden sun glowing at your Solar Plexus (upper belly).

• Feel its warmth spreading through your body.

• Visualize it removing fear, blocks, or self-doubt, and filling you with confidence, joy, and prosperity.

5️⃣ Stay with the Energy (5–10 mins)

• Just breathe and feel.

• Let the Citrine amplify your inner light.

• If thoughts come, gently return to your breath and golden light.

6️⃣ Close the Meditation

• Take 3 deep breaths.

• Thank the crystal:

“Thank you, Citrine, for your radiant energy. I am ready to shine.”

• Open your eyes and smile — carry this energy with you!
