🌈 How to Do Chakra Meditation with Your 7 Chakra Bracelet

🧘‍♀️ Duration: 10–20 minutes
🕯️ Optional Setup: Light a candle, play soft meditation music, and sit comfortably in a quiet space.

1. Cleanse Your Energy

• Hold your bracelet in your hands.

• Close your eyes and take 3 deep breaths.

2. Set an Intention
