At Kryistal Shop, every product — from our signature Triple Protection Bracelet to hand-knotted Rudraksha malas — is sourced with intention and care. We only work with AA-quality natural crystals and genuine Rudraksha beads. However, as these are gifts from nature, some natural characteristics should be understood before purchasing.

Approved replacements may require returning the original product. Any applicable handling or shipping charges for the replacement will be communicated in advance.
Returns & Refunds
We take pride in the quality of every Kryistal Shop product. In the rare event that something goes wrong, we are here to make it right. The following conditions apply to all return and refund requests.
